Michelle is a bright and bubbly character with a passion for helping! With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry as a Canadian Certified Optometric Assistant, Michelle has gained a wealth of knowledge on administrative skills and customer service. When life as we knew it changed forever, she pivoted her career path from serving in healthcare to staying home to support her family and supporting small businesses. She had an opportunity to help a landscaping company (and best friend) from Kingston organize multiple years of paperwork that created a ton of stress on the owner. Once this project was completed Michelle realized that all the skills she has acquired in healthcare are the skills needed to run a business. With that 'Ah Ha!' Dorbii Bookkeeping Services was founded with the goal of helping small businesses organize and grow.
